Kisschasey was founded by me, Sophie Turner. When I was growing up, I loved the rare occasions when someone would pull the old family albums off the book shelf.
I loved hearing the stories and memories that were triggered by our baby photos. Parents would gleefully recount our temperaments as babies or our exhausting antics as adventurous toddlers. We laughed at the clothes we wore and at our outmoded hair cuts. We reminisced about past homes, family holidays and old stomping grounds.
I was especially drawn to the images of my parents with me as a baby from before I had any memories to speak of. The looks of love on their youthful unlined faces were indisputable evidence that, even from my first days on this earth, I was loved and I belonged to my family.

The family and I have recently relocated from Lane Cove in Sydney to beautiful Kiama on the NSW South Coast. The wonderful advantage being that I can now service clients from a much broader area including Sydney, Wollongong, Shellharbour, Minnamurra, Kiama, Gerringong, Gerroa, Berry, Nowra and Jervis Bay! The locations in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions are so amazingly beautiful that i’m pretty sure it won’t be long before many of my Sydney clients will be arranging a weekend away to come and get their family photos done!

My partner, Paul, is a wonderfully talented man, an experienced commercial photographer, and I love the times we work as a wedding photography team for Kisschasey. I’m blessed to have him in my life and all that he teaches me every day. We have two energetic and mischievous boys, Harry and Finn, and I wouldn’t have my life any other way!
